My experience.

I am finally back from my CF camp. It was up in Peace Haven, a nice cold place. It was AWESOME! I don't think they'll be any camp like this. This camp isn't only about having fun and mixing around with one another, this camp is to experience the God's love. To be in his presence once again, finally stepping out of the little dark corner to see Him and feel Him more and more. It is truly a wonderful experience. Many people will be going back different and never the same as before. Those heart-broken will move once again, those burdened will have their burdens lifted. I just can't stop thinking about it.

Well many things have happened. We were broken into groups of 10-13 people, having brands as our names. Mine was Mercedes, even though we lost in the advertising performance, we won in the games! Yeah, but the most important thing about this game group idea is for everyone to have fun, it's not about the winning or losing. When we're all done with the groups, everyone wins. For example, we get to know new friends, we get to participate in events, etc. That's why we have to make sure everyone joins, don't leave anyone out.

When we do mistakes, we don't have to be afraid. God already knows our mistake, so why hide it? No reason hiding it if He already knows. Just face it head on, but of course pray first if something happens.

Something great happened, I'll tell you. On the last day of the camp, I found out that my locker key disappeared and my dorm leader wanted it at that time. I told him I'll check the hall and the P.A. room. I couldn't find. Then I burst into prayer while searching, so suddenly when I was at the stairs, a fragment of some memories came, I saw the outside of the building. I remembered that the night before that, I was lying down on the ground during candlelight (an event where everyone goes out and sing and praise God, also there were a lot of stars that night). I quickly ran to that spot, and what did I see???? MY KEYS! wow, praise the Lord.

You see, prayer can really make a lot of difference. So, pray more, pray in His name. Amen.
